Compare rates. Choose your platform.
Other users borrow crypto against collateral and pay interest. You supply the crypto and earn that interest. Your deposit goes into smart contracts: programs in the blockchain that manage the lending pool and calculate interest automatically.
Choose crypto already in your wallet. USDT and USDC aim to track the US dollar; ETH and other supported assets can also earn interest.
Example before fees, assuming a 5% annual rate for the full year. The actual rate changes. Smart contracts automate lending but cannot remove platform or asset risks.
A loan you can turn into everyday moneyYou keep crypto as collateral, borrow against it, then repay the loan with interest to get your collateral back. USDT is crypto designed to stay close to one US dollar; you can sell it for your local currency on a P2P exchange.
Choose an asset the platform accepts as collateral and deposit it. Collateral is crypto held to secure your debt: you cannot spend it while it is needed for the loan.
Can I use my bitcoin?
Some platforms accept a bitcoin token such as WBTC, rather than native BTC. WBTC represents bitcoin on another network. Check the exact token and network before converting or sending funds; a BTC address and an Ethereum address are not interchangeable.
Example at 50% of collateral value and a constant 4% yearly borrowing rate, before fees. Actual rates and limits vary. If collateral loses too much value, it can be liquidated.
Change the percentage borrowed
This example starts at 50%: borrow half the value of your collateral. The platform sets the actual limit; borrowing less leaves more room for price changes.
Ready to borrow?
First, deposit an asset that the platform accepts as collateral. Then open that deposit in Your wallets and choose + BORROW to see available coins and current rates.

Where your crypto goes, how it earns and how to get it back.
Smart contracts are programs in the blockchain that manage deposits and loans. You approve the deposit with your wallet; the platform’s rules determine how the funds can be used and withdrawn.
On lending platforms such as Aave and Venus, borrowers put up collateral and pay interest on their loans. Part of that interest goes to people supplying crypto. Some offers also include extra rewards, shown separately in the rate details.
Accrued interest automatically increases the value of your deposit. Check its balance in Your wallets and receive the crypto when you withdraw. Extra reward tokens, if offered, may need to be claimed separately.
Open the platform’s official app, connect the wallet you used to deposit and choose Withdraw for your deposit. The crypto and accrued interest return to your wallet, subject to available funds and the platform’s terms. If the deposit secures a loan, you may need to repay it first.
The network charges for transactions such as approving tokens, depositing and withdrawing. You need its native coin, such as ETH on Ethereum, to pay the fee shown before confirmation. Check the platform’s terms for any additional fees.
The rate changes with borrowing demand and the amount of crypto supplied. APY estimates a yearly return at the current rate; it is not a fixed promise for the next year. A new rate affects future earnings, not interest already accrued.
Contract bugs, attacks or a stablecoin losing its dollar peg can cause losses. Audits help find problems, but “Low Risk” does not guarantee safety. “No IL Risk” only excludes one risk of liquidity pools: price changes between their coins leaving you with less value than if you had simply held those coins.
